Với hoạt động hạn chế trong thời gian giãn cách và số lượng lớn đơn hàng cần xử lý, đội ngũ FoodShare vẫn nỗ lực hỗ trợ để đảm bảo các Đơn vị vận chuyển (ĐVVC) có đủ thời gian và nhân lực để chuẩn bị hàng cũng như giao hàng thành công
- FoodShare sẽ chủ động điều chỉnh thời gian điều phối đơn hàng đến cửa hàng. Bạn đừng quá lo lắng khi thấy thông báo này trong Cập nhật đơn hàng
- Trong thời gian FoodShare điều phối đơn hàng, bạn sẽ thấy “Đang điều phối ĐVVC” trong Thông tin vận chuyển và chưa thấy trạng thái đơn hàng được cập nhật
- Bạn vui lòng chờ thêm trong 24H làm việc nhé, Người bán sẽ chuẩn bị hàng sẵn sàng và xử lý ngay khi được điều phối đơn. FoodShare sẽ cập nhật đến bạn khi đơn hàng được giao cho ĐVVC
– Đối với khách mua lẻ: Nhận đơn tại các điểm Offline
– Đối với khách mua số lượng lớn: Chi phí vận chuyển tùy vào khoảng cách địa lí, điều kiện thời tiết và quy định của đơn vị vận chuyển
– Bạn hoàn toàn có thể mua nhiều sản phẩm cùng hoặc khác nhà cung cấp trong một đơn hàng. Vì sản phẩm đều được FoodShare lưu giữ tại kho và đảm bảo phân phối
